(4th Neighbor) Land Records3 December 1750Joseph was again described as a neighbor eleven years after Zebulon Field and his first wife Anne Field had leased property, for a period of 20 years, on the east side of the Mill River in Taunton to William Leonard, a Taunton cordwainer, when William Leonard and his wife Sarah Leonard made a sub-lease agreement on 3 December 1750, with their son James Leonard 4th "so called", also a cordwainer of Taunton. The sub-lease agreement restated the original expiration date of 23 February 1759 and was recorded on 13 December 1750.1

Ai Ellison, who was 17 years old, was the youngest brother of Rhoda J. (Ellison) Williams, the wife of Christina's elder son, Ellis Williams, the older brother of Marcellus. Ai was enumerated without his relationship to Marcellus or Catherine being identified.
