(Daughter) Probate Agreement11 January 1729/30Ten years after her father's death, Abigail's mother Abigail Morse, Administrator of her father's estate, and Nathaniel Johnson, grandfather and court appointed guardian of Abigail's four siblings, presented their agreement regarding the distribution of the remaining balance of the estate of Noah Morse, late of Sherborn, to the Middlesex County probate court judge for approval. It was approved on 11 January 1729/30. The agreement divided the remaining balance of £54, 18s, and 6p between his widow, who received one-third or £18, 6s, and Noah's children. The deceased left a total of five children, four by his first wife and one by his widow, Abigail Morse. Each of the four daughters, Jemima Morse, Hephzibah Morse, Experience Morse and Abigail Morse, the widow's child, received £6, 2s, 3 farthings apiece and Cyprian Morse, as the oldest son, received a double share of £12, 4s, 2p. The widow and administrator Abigail Morse was directed to give their shares to each of the children separately, or to their lawful guardians. If any further adjustment in the estate was to be made, Abigail was to deduct it proportionately from each of their shares and to take receipts.6,7

(Eldest Son) Probate Agreement11 January 1729/30Ten years after his father's death, Cyprian's grandfather and his court appointed guardian, Nathaniel Johnson, and Abigail Morse, Cyprian's stepmother and Administrator of his father's estate, presented their agreement regarding the distribution of the remaining balance of the estate of Noah Morse, late of Sherborn, to the Middlesex County probate court judge for approval. It was approved on 11 January 1729/30. The agreement divided the remaining balance of £54, 18s, and 6p between his widow, who received one-third or £18, 6s, and Noah's children. The deceased left a total of five children, four by his first wife and one by his widow, Abigail Morse. Each of the four daughters, Jemima Morse, Hephzibah Morse, Experience Morse and Abigail Morse, the widow's child, received £6, 2s, 3 farthings apiece and Cyprian Morse, as the oldest son, received a double share of £12, 4s, 2p. The widow and administrator Abigail Morse was directed to give their shares to each of the children separately, or to their lawful guardians. If any further adjustment in the estate was to be made, Abigail was to deduct it proportionately from each of their shares and to take receipts.6,7
