Roy Henry Heaton was "working on his own account" as an engineer in an auto shop on 15 April 1910 at Delhart, Dallam County, Texas.
Census 1910*
15 April 1910
Roy Henry Heaton and Hazel CongerHeaton appeared on the 1910 census taken on 15 April 1910 in Delhart, Dallam County, Texas. They lived in a house they rented. Louisa A. Conger, Hazel's mother, was living or staying with the family and their daughter Mary Lou was four months old. Roy and Hazel had been married for two years.4
Residence
1917
In 1917 Roy Henry Heaton and Hazel CongerHeaton moved with their daughter Mary Lou to homestead in Powder River County, Montana.
Occupation
Roy Heaton was not very well and needed an outdoor life. He was a mechanical engineer and, according to his daughter, a genius with machinery. His skill took him all over Powder River County as well as into neighboring Custer and Rosebud counties. He was called on to work with automobiles and other engines, which in those days were giving owners more accustomed to horses and cattle, trouble they could not fix themselves.5
Event-Misc*
In the summer of 1919, a fire burned the house of Roy and Hazel Heaton on their ranch in Powder River County, Montana.

Alexander's father, RalphHinds(1741-1794) of Mulhussey of Kimmins Mill, County Meath, Ireland,, left a will dated 15 Apr 1794 and proved on 10 May 1794. His estate was quite large. He named eighteen beneficiaries, including WalterHinds(The Missing Link), RalphHinds, WalterHindsof Bruce Hall, AnneHinds, RichardStephens, EstherHinds, MatthewHinds, ThomasHinds, AlexanderHinds, MaryWalsh, MichaelWalsh, ClarissaStephens, MarthaMatthews, EleanorSmith, HesterDunn, HesterStephens, ClarissaStephens and Mary AnneStephens. It appears from reading the will that he put much of his estate into a trust or series of trusts, with ThomasBerry and AlexanderBerry as trustees, for the purpose of perpetuating the Hinds legacy for eternity. The order of succession was designed to be (1) Walter Hinds, eldest son; (2) Ralph Hinds, fourth son; (3) Walter Hinds, nephew and son-in-law, husband of daughter Anne Hinds; and (4) Richard Stephens, his grandson. It is not known if any of his four sons had any sons when their father died or what became of all the property bequeathed in Ralph's will. It is known that his fourth son, Ralph, ultimately received at least the towns and lands of Mulhussey, Kimmins Mill and Mulalvey in the County of Meath, had no male issue, and so impoverished himself that he lost all his property except an annuity secured on the lands of Mulhussey.
To his fifth son, Alexander Hinds, Ralph bequeathed the sum of forty pounds per year, and the responsibility for payment to his fourth son, Ralph. The will instructed Ralph to pay Alexander, during his natural life, at the rate of two even half-yearly payments on the first day of May and first day of November in every year. Alexander was given the liberty, in case of non-payment, to seize the town and lands of Mulhussey, Kimmins Mill and Mulalvey in the County of Meath, or any part thereof, for payment.1
